Joe brings over 13 years of orchestrating high-touch, elegant travel and events for VIP clients around the world. His expertise includes crafting bespoke donor travel programs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, as well as producing exclusive events in global cities such as Davos, Aspen, London, Istanbul, and Osaka.
Currently, Joe leads philanthropic events and VIP donor experiences for a national education network, designing programs that inspire connection and drive meaningful impact. Previously, he managed international donor travel and strategic events at an international NGO and major academic institutions, including the University of Chicago and the University of California, San Francisco. Joe is known for his ability to create sophisticated, memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Mikaya, Co-Founder of WorldX Travel, brings over 20 years of experience in designing exceptional experiences for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and academic institutions.
Her background in planning global events—such as economic forums, dignitary dinners, and international conferences—now translates into crafting bespoke travel experiences and destination management services. Mikaya specializes in curating seamless, personalized journeys that blend logistical precision with cultural authenticity.
Previously, she served as Director of Corporate Events at Cisco and held leadership roles at the University of Chicago and Columbia University, where she honed her expertise in high-end event coordination and exceptional client service.
Mikaya served on the board of Marwen, a nonprofit empowering youth through art and community engagement. Her passion for inspiring meaningful connections drives her mission at WorldX Travel to create unforgettable journeys tailored to each client’s unique vision.
